A limited screening of the movie will be held on December 25 2011 but the movie is going to be shown on January 20, 2012 and as early as now it seems to be gathering so much attention within the country and all over the world. Stephen Daldry, the director has been nominated for 3 Oscars and is known for his works: Billy Elliot, The Reader, The Hours and so much more. The Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close movie revolves around the book written by Jonathan Safran Foer. The movie is about a boy who is searching for hope from a key that he found in his father’s belongings. His father was one of the many people who passed away on the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center. Thomas Horn plays the role of Oskar Schell, a son who desperately wants to find more to his father’s death than there is. Tom Hanks is the Oskar Schell’s father Thomas Schell and is joined by Sandra Bullock who plays Oskar’s mother Linda Schell. Oskar (Horn) finds a key that belonged to his father and this brings him to search the five Burroughs to find a message that his father Thomas (Hanks) may have left. He goes to a roller coaster of emotions due to his disconnection from his mother Linda (Bullock) who is still grieving and his quest to find something that cannot be observed in the world. The collaboration of these amazing actors brought a whole new meaning to life and what it brings to us. They are also joined by Zoe Caldwell who is Oskar Schell’s grandmother in the movie, Viola Davis, Jeffrey Wright and Hazelle Goodman.

This movie certainly brings people to relive a difficult time in their lives and due to this it has caught different reviews as early as now.
