The Popular Heroine of Janet Evanovich Comes To Life With One For The Money

Get ready for a new comedy/mystery film: One For The Money starring Katherine Heigl. This Emmy Award winning actress is famous for her role in the drama series “Grey’s Anatomy” where she plays Dr. Izzie Stevens. She is also known for the movies: Knocked Up, The Ugly Truth (where she co-produced the film), 27 Dresses, New Year’s Eve and so much more. Now she is back with an action comedy film One For The Money, which is based on a book by Janet Evanovich.

One For The Money is a story about a sassy girl, Stephanie Plum played by Katherine Heigl. Out of work and cash, she makes up her mind that she should get a job. She then turns to her sleazy cousin Vinnie Plum played by Patrick Fischler. Stephanie Plum (Heigl) starts working for Vinnie’s Bail Bond Shop as a bail bond agent. You have to take note that Stephanie does not have the essential skills to become a bail enforcement agent. Although her wits and desire to get revenge makes her the perfect agent when she finds out that her old high school flame is on the list. Joe Morelli (Jason O’Mara) is a former police officer who is now wanted for murder. Oh! And she also seduced and dumped Stephanie Plum in high school. The chase between old lovers become crazy and hilarious through the entire film. Although, they might be rekindling the fire instead of extinguishing it. One For The Money will surely tickle your funny bones on January 27th 2012. Directed by Julie Anne Robinson and written by Janet Evanovich, One For The Money will surely catch your heart’s desires.
