The Bourne Legacy will bring fans of the Bourne series a whole new experience in the life of Jason Bourne. Jason Bourne is an agent who was trained to do covert missions that are sanctioned by black ops units within the government. Every single fan of this series is excited to see how the world of Jason Bourne will once again be put to test and mystery. An espionage classic at its best! Bourne Legacy: A Timely Classic From Robert Ludlum’s novels

Bourne Legacy is the fourth book in Robert Ludlum’s Bourne series. It is also the first book that is written by Eric Van Lustbader. The story of Bourne Legacy starts off with Jason Bourne who gave himself to a black ops project which will haunt him for the rest of his life. Even if he is living peacefully in his new life, there is never one just one operative who isn’t part of this conspiracy. Jason Bourne’s actions to stop from being hunted are now leading to a whole new mystery and dangerous consequences. The Bourne Legacy is a “sidequel” to the Bourne series. A whole new spin-off with a new character based on Jason Bourne who is dealing with the ramifications of the Treadstone conspiracy. The trailer of Bourne Legacy is once again full of mystery and suspense as his past is recalled and how it created him to be one of the most skilled operative. Fans are taken into different angles and action scenes throughout the entire trailer.

What To Expect With This New Movie: The Bourne Legacy

There definitely has been a lot of talk since The Bourne Legacy trailer came out. Everybody has been expecting the comeback of actor: Matt Damon who played Jason Bourne for the past three installments. The Bourne Legacy will feature Jeremy Renner, Rachel Weisz, Joan Allen, Edward Norton and so much more. They are also joined by other actors namely: Stacy Keach and Oscar Isaac. So how are the fans and critics receiving this new movie that is based on the Bourne series? According to Forbes: So while I still bemoan the loss of Damon and Bourne, I’ll keep an open mind and cross my fingers that the newest film lives up to the high standards set for this franchise so far.

There has been a lot of lows since Matt Damon is not coming back for this Bourne movie but its good to know that people are still welcoming Jeremy Renner quite well. As per fans and audiences of Rotten Tomatoes, a whopping 97% would like to see this new movie: The Bourne Legacy. This film is produced by Universal Pictures, Bourne Film Productions, Bourne Four Productions and Captivate Entertainments.

The Bourne Legacy will be coming in theaters on August 3rd 2012.
