Add Saturday Night Live‘s “So You’re Willing to Date a Magician?” to the Breaking Hall of Fame.

The dating show sketch, which featured Awkwafina as a bachelorette who’s “not feeling too picky right now,” was pretty funny on its own. But Leslie Jones laughing so hard she had to hide behind her question card puts it squarely into “delightful” territory.

Hey, you can’t tell us you wouldn’t crack up at Kenan Thompson and those nails.

More than 30m people have watched Netflix’s Murder Mystery; why?

The critics might have hated it, but this Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler-starring Agatha Christie pastiche broke the record for Netflix’s biggest opening weekend

Despite the critics (mostly) hating it, we now know that 30.9m Netflix account-holders watched Murder Mystery in its first three days of release. To put that in context: if two people watched the movie on each account, and you imagine them all paying the average $9 price of a cinema ticket, it would give the film an opening weekend of $556m, the third-largest ever. That is by no means a perfect formula, but nevertheless highlights a staggering performance for an Agatha Christie parody that stars Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler. How did that happen?

‘Claws’ is the juiciest summer drama you aren’t watching

“Claws is one of three excellent shows returning in the next week, in which the leading women are on a quest to empower themselves. Unlike HBO’s award-winning Big Little Lies or FX’s acclaimed Pose, however, this one will air relatively inconspicuously.

It’s a shame, because TNT’s boisterous crime drama retains the kooky vibe it’s hoisted itself on for the past two years.

Everything about Claws is unapologetically loud, from the storylines to the costumes to the dialogue to, obviously, the on-brand nails. It doesn’t hold back from its unconventional premise: Five manicurists run a salon in the trashy city of Palmetto, Florida, that’s actually a front to launder money for the local drug lord………………….”
