‘Titans’ trailer is here to kick off DC Universe

Published

on

Our first look at the live-action Titans TV series is here, and it looks like dark times are ahead for our heroes.

Based on the DC comics, the show stars Brenton Thwaites as Dick Grayson, Anna Diop as Starfire, Teagan Croft as Raven, and Ryan Potter as Beast Boy.

Titans will be the first show to premiere exclusively on DC Universe, the new streaming service that’ll bring together all your favorite DC comics(!), films, and shows.

But it won’t be the last. Titans will be followed by other DC Universe series including Doom Patrol and Swamp Thing. Because you didn’t have enough superhero shows to keep up with already.

Doom Patrol Extended Trailer | DC Universe

Published

on

DOOM PATROL reimagines one of DC’s most beloved groups of Super Heroes: Robotman aka Cliff Steele (BRENDAN FRASER), Negative Man aka Larry Trainor (MATT BOMER), Elasti-Woman aka Rita Farr (APRIL BOWLBY) and Crazy Jane (DIANE GUERRERO), led by modern-day mad scientist Niles Caulder aka The Chief (TIMOTHY DALTON). Each member of the Doom Patrol suffered a horrible accident that gave them superhuman abilities, but also left them scarred and disfigured. Traumatized and downtrodden, the team found their purpose through The Chief, coming together to investigate the weirdest phenomena in existence. Following the mysterious disappearance of The Chief these reluctant heroes will find themselves in a place they never expected to be, called to action by none other than Cyborg (JOIVAN WADE), who comes to them with a mission hard to refuse. Part support group, part Super Hero team, the Doom Patrol is a band of superpowered freaks who fight for a world that wants nothing to do with them.

Based on DC characters originally written and drawn by Arnold Drake, Bob Haney and Bruno Premiani #DCUDOOMPATROL premieres February 15.

So many people get hurt in the bloody ‘Punisher’ Season 2 Trailer

Published

on

“Frank Castle is back for another round of morally gray murder in Season 2 of Netflix’s The Punisher, and based on the above trailer, not much has changed.

Castle, played by Jon Bernthal, is loaded up with a whole bunch of guns and guilt in the trailer as he goes after a gang of masked villains the only way he knows how: bullets and a low, gruff voice.

“I’m not the one who dies, kid,” he grumbles, “I’m the one who does the killing.” It’s reminiscent of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s greatest ’80s action movies.

The Punisher Season 2 bursts onto Netflix on Jan. 18.”
